PCM1754-Q1: IC voltage

Hi Ray,

In contrast to many devices that the VIH minimum is a percentage of supply voltage, the  Minimum voltage for  HIGH Input logic level (VIH)  is  fixed VIH( MIN)=2V , so 3.3V should work  .
