TAS5719EVM: SNR couldn't meet the datasheet

Dear,

One customer used TAS5719EM to test the SNR, he tested the output noise floor of headphone higher than 110uV, SNR is 83dB.

The test condition is as this:

1. Connected external 12V regulator to power the EVM board, 5V regulator to power the headphone.

2. First connected the ADC of motherboard,  audio signal external to TAS5719, configure TAS5719 by I2C, the headphone output is normal. Then connected the I2S_DATA to GND, test the noise floor of headphone, it is higher than 11uVrms.

3. The gain of the headphone is 0dB and 6dB, the output noise floor is the same.

So he couldn't get the goal of the datasheet.

Do we have any other data about the EVM test?

    thanks for your question.

    1.how customer test the noise floor, using the AP or other tester?

    2.have customer confirmed power supply waveform, is there any ring that might affect the output?

    3.can customer do some FFT to the floor noise to see whether any unexpected component in it?
