TPA2011D1: Audio Amp Recommendation

Part Number: TPA2011D1

Hello

I am currently using a class D audio amp that can provide 3 W of output power, has a voltage range between 2.8 and 6 V, and has 3 ohms of load (I don't have the part number). I found the TPA2011D1 as a possible alternative, as it covers close to the entire voltage range, can provide 3.2W of output power, and has a 4 ohm load. Is that the device you would suggest in this situation?

    Hi Jackson,

    This is a good approach for the requirements, TPA2011D1 is the highest power analog input Class-D we have around for low voltage input.
    If higher voltage input and higher output power is a must, you may consider the TPA31x family of devices.
