TAS5828MEVM：Does the TAS5828MEVM support USB audio asynchronous transmission mode?

  This point seems a problem, and not easily fixed. 

  Is it possible we use SPDIF input? It has MCLK.

 Using a PC as the audio source and conducting asynchronous transmission through USB-AUDIO is a functionality our system needs to achieve. Currently, we hope to implement USB-AUDIO asynchronous transmission using TAS5828MEVM.

We believe that by configuring the CDCE913PWR via the I2C bus, it can output the MCLK clock signal on pin 9, and this MCLK clock signal has already been input to the XE-216 chip. However, we do not know if TAS5828MEVM and its driver, TI USB Audio 2.0 V0.71, support USB-AUDIO asynchronous transmission.

If TI USB Audio 2.0 V0.71 does not support USB-AUDIO asynchronous transmission, does TI have a newer version of the driver that supports it?

  I have checked the register value in CDCE913PWR, sadly it seems totally the same with other EVMs, which has MCLK like TAS6424E. 

  It's possibly related with XMOS devices, like GPIO pulling down.

  I'll let software team start looking into it. I hope could find something before Friday.
