Hi Team,

Is it possible to detect the presence of the TAS5731 before initializing it?

My client requires that the presence of the TAS5731 be identified before initializing it. If the TAS5731 is not detected, it should not be initialized. Thank you!

    Hello,

    You can try and read an address through I2C until the device responds. If the device is not present, a NACK will be given. If the device is given, the read will be successful.
