Please provide the Maximum Junction Temperature(TJ) value of TPA3112D1.

    Hi Jeeveth,

    Please refer to data sheet section 7.3.7. The device features a thermal protection that shuts down the amplifier when internal die temperature (junction temperature) reaches 150. So the maximum expected temperature is 165degC.
