DRV603: About startup time

Hi Ryu,

Got this from an old archive 15 years old: "DRV603 turns on in nominal 1mS, +/-50%, tracking the charge pump oscillator frequency.  It won't be affected by decoupling cap value unless this is large enough to slow power supply rise (not likely).  It also won't be affected by charge pump cap values unless they are made significantly larger than the recommended values."
