TAD5212: Headphone Output Power & Availability

Tool/software:

The datasheet currently says TBD for the headphone amp output power, is it known what power the headphone amp will be able to drive?

Also, is it known when this part will be out of preview and available for general purchase?

    Hello David,

    The part will be released along  with its final data sheet sometime  in the second half of Nov 2024 ( in just few weeks). 

    The output power that you are asking is about 62mW.

    Meanwhile you can review TAD5242,  a Hardware-control stereo audio DAC with 120dB dynamic range, and headphone/line driver that is already released.
