TAS5708 ICD Register Values for AD Mode

Hi,

I'm using a TAS5708 in AD mode, using only OUT_A and OUT_B tied to an 8 Ohm speaker (BTL config.).  The output LC filter uses the same values as shown in the TAS5708 EVM (SLOU232A).  According to the data sheet TAS5708, I need to get AD mode register values for the Interchannel Delay Registers (0x11, 0x12, 0x13, and 0x14) from the factory.  The register values listed in the data sheet are for BD mode.  Would you be able to provide ICD register values for AD mode?
