Hi,

The datasheet of DIT4096 has no recommended operating condition, but I understand that the recommended supply voltage is Vdd=5.0V. So it can not be operated from Vdd=3.3V. Is my understanding correct?

Then is the accuracy of +/-5% for 5.0V on Vdd allowed to operate ?

3.3V will not work but +/- 5% is fine for the 5V supply. I'd refer to the 4.5-min and 5.5-max specifications found later in the datasheet.
