What kind of difference does TAS5414A/TAS5414B/TAS5414C have by spec?

These mean it as the improvement version?
(TAS5414C is recommendation at the time of a proposal)

Or is it better to choose out of three products according to requirement specification?

You should use the TAS5414C for any new designs.

The TAS5414C is an improved version of the TAS5414A and TAS5414C. We have added features in the TAS5414C to allow for Paralleling the output stages for higher current capablility.
