Hi,

Are there any recommendations as to how many KV TAS5706B can withstand? Our product will have ESD test conducted at the speaker terminal + rear panel (direct contact 4KV)

Hi, Lee,

The TAS5706B doesn't have any special ESD structures on the output to withstand end-product IEC ESD testing. If this is a requirement, then the customer will have to add external ESD protection. As you probably know, TI makes a full line of ESD protection components!
