TAS5713 SCLK=MCLK

I'm designing an amplifier that is connected to a device, that does not provide MCLK. I thought I could use MCLK=BCLK=64x fs.

However, testing it with the evaluation board does not give me any output. When reading register 0x02, I get an "LRCLK" error. Any idea what's going on?

Looking at the oscilloscope my test setup shows quite heavy overshooting (33%). Could this be a problem?
