"Hello! It's a pity, you have stopped to sell TAS5630 with 600W output power. It's close to we need. Tell us about, why you finished selling this item. May be you can sell it in some guarantied period, 3-5 years.
Second, may be we can increase power TAS5630B to 500-600W with own risk with some preparation. Load will be transformer with goal impedance.

Hi, Sergey,

We found that 500-600W was too much for most customers to achieve with reasonable constraints, so we de-rated the "B" version to more realistically represent what most customers can achieve on a "reasonable" PCB.

If you are willing to do the work, you should be able to get the same output power on the "B" version as the original. It may take a couple PCB spins to get it right, though. Start from the EVM design.

TAS5630B has a derated PBTL output power compared to TAS5630, however it is actually a more robust device. See: https://e2e.ti.com/support/amplifiers/audio_amplifiers/int-audio_amplifiers/f/8/p/247983/867917.aspx

We will not recommend exceeding the datasheet specs, but if trying to we would recommend use of shottky diodes from GND to OUT_X , and of cause extra care to the closed decoupling capacitors' placement and routing of these.

Also the best package option for a PBTL application is the PHD package which has the strongest grounding of the two available packages.

Hi Søren,
why is only diodes from GND to OUT_X important? What about diodes from OUT_X to PVDD ?
