    Hi, Nomoto-san,

    Unfortunately, for this older device, we don't have any data except for what is in the data sheet.

    But, I think your answer can be found in Figure 5–1. Please check it.

    Can you generically tell me what you plan to use this device for? Perhaps you would be better suited to use one of our newer devices.
