Here is what is stated in that post:

The PCM5242RHBEVM is very similar to the PCM5242 + TPA6120 reference design, the quick start guide for the reference design is the same procedure as needed for the PCM5242RHBEVM. On the Tools & Software page of the PCM5242 product folder there is the TI Designs section. The link in that section will take you to reference design page. On this page there is a quick start guide that can be used for both the reference design and the PCM5242RHBEVM.
