Please make sure the customer is using the TAS5630B, the latest released version of this IC.

The schematic looks ok. Please make sure that their inductors don't saturate during all conditions.

Is it possible to provide layout with components as following picture?

We can't give any comments by this photo because we don't know what components on it.
