TAS5717 Use of Left Channel Only for BTL Mode

Hi,

We are considering to decrease the external components since we would like to use the left channel only for the BTL mode.
Could you please give us your advice about unnecessary external components ?
For example,
- Not use the external LC filter and the snubbers using RC for OUT_C and OUT_B
- Not use the bootstrap capacitor for BST_B and BST_C

Hi Kato-san,

What is the configuration you need? Did you mean Out_C and Out_D? or Out_A and Out_B?
You need to place the BST capacitors at the non used output, eg. Out_C and Out_D. But you can remove the output filter.
