Hi,

It's indicated on a datasheet as follows about the Shutdown voltage of LM4674.

<Datasheet P.5>
  Shutdown Voltage Input High : VSDIH=1.4V(min)
  Shutdown Voltage Input Low : VSDIL=0.4V(max)
  (VDD = 3.6V)

When using by 5V(VDD), is this spec same?

    Hi Itabi-san,

    Shutdown voltage spec should remain the same at VDD = 5V
    Although it's recommended to switch between GND and VDD for minimum current consumption in shutdown mode. You can read this on detail at Shutdown section on D/S page 12.
