TAS5721 Audio Amplifier Power Supply Question

My question is in regards to the PVDD supply rail. Under the General Features section of the datasheet, the PVDD voltage is listed as 'Wide PVDD Supply Range (4.5 V to 24 V)'. The RECOMMENDED OPERATING CONDITIONS table lists 8 V as the minimum voltage. What is the correct minimum operating voltage of this rail? Thank you.

A question regarding the headphone amplifier shutdown pin (39 DR_SD) of the TAS5721 Audio Amplifier. When in shutdown, I assume the output of the amplifier stage enters a hi-Z state? Is the amplifier pass-through during shutdown? Thanks.
