These values are provided by the sounds window in the PC. The PCM2912A is detected as a playback/record device. The volume levels can be configured in the device properties.

Yes, I understand that those volumes can be altered in Windows volume control. But, when the device is plugged in the PC the first time, the levels of mic, sidetone and headphone will be preset to some default values. Now, our customer wants to change the sidetone and mic levels to a higher value, because they're going to use PCM2912A to replace their old solution. BTW, they'd like to change the vendor string and product string in the USB descriptor as well.
May I know if the default levels can be changed when they submit their request to change the vendor string and product string to TI ?
