Please, take a look at the TLV320DAC3120. It is a DA converter which supports all your requirements. Could you check it and let me know if you have some additional requirements?

Hi,

The AIC111 has an internal PGAC which is used to determine the gain. This gain has a range of -1dB to 40 dB. Regarding the power supplies, the AVDD and DVDD pins can be powered up with a 1.1V - 1.5V power supply and BUF_DVDD with a max voltage of 3.6V.
