TAS5602 Crosstalk Value

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5602, TAS5612LA, TPA3118D2

Hi,

    1. I currently use the TAS5602, but I found that the Crosstalk value would be changed with different PVDD level. Is it correct?

The best case is same as datasheet when PVDD is 16v~19v. But after the PVDD over 20v, the value will drop to 60dB.

     2. I'm also looking for AMP to meet below spec, could you provide some ideal. That will be good to with the reference prices.

  • SNR>98dB
  • Crosstalk> 60dB
  • PWM input /
  • 2x25W-30W BTL output with 6ohm
  • PVDD 20V

      Thanks

  • Hello,
    1. The reduced crosstalk you experience at higher voltage is not surprising since the PWM amplitude is larger. This can cause more coupling in nearby traces and with the filter inductors. This can be layout dependent. What board are you using?

    2. Our TAS5612LA device has good SNR performance and supports a 20V PVDD rail. I will see if we can get a crosstalk spec.

    Regards,
    Matt
  • Hi Matthew,
    Thanks for your kindly reply.
    1. The board is 2layers PCB.

    2. I'm also checking that if extend the range with analog input, there will more option or not? like TPA3118D2.

    Thanks
