Team: Our customer has been experiencing a high rate of field failures with our products using the TAS5717 class D amplifier chip. Customer stating :
" ..the failures we're seeing are catastrophic ...... the device stops working. in most cases its the headphone circuit."
Can you please double check me and do Schematics review. Let me know and I can send you the schematics in a different email. Later if needed, They have some samples of failed parts that I'd like to get analyzed to help diagnose the reason for the failures.
