TAS5132: Bootstrap capacitor

Part Number: TAS5132

Hi

Regarding to TAS5132EVM, C_BST = 33nF is used.

I believe it is used for high-side bootstrap capacitor of the power-stage.

Here, we are considering the following situation.

1. Shorted between OUT_X and BST_X
2. Bootstrap capacitor is not inserted. (Open between OUT_X and BST_X)

Could you pleae tell me the possibility of damaging device in upper each case?

And if there is the possiblity of damaging, the protection of TAS5132 could work properly?
