Do we have a device similiar to PCM1808-Q1 but suport MIC In? The Q100 is not neccery but the temprature must be -40-105? If we do no have such device, could you give the solution based on PCM1808?

The PCM1808-Q1 has an analog line level input, direct microphone connection might not be possible as this device doesn't have an internal pre-amplifier. Probably a good solution would be to use an external mic pre-amplifier to adjust the mic output signal to line level. The microphone will need an external micbias source according to the mic specs:
If a I²C controlled device with processing capabilities is an option, maybe you could take a look to the TLV320ADC3001 or TLV320ADC3101.
