Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2650
Hi all,
I have been through the ringer on trying to get documentation on the evaluation modules I ordered through Mouser.
Eval. kits are: TAS6422Q1EVM and TAS6424Q1EVM , ICs are: TAS6422Q1 and TAS6424Q1
I will be using both parts in a 6 channel multi-phase array for a navigation aid in the Gulf oil fields (fog-horn alert and storm warning/tsunami
warning) device. I need the full documentation on the modules, I already have purchased parts from Mouser of both ICs and the TAS6422Q1EVM
to get prototyping. Please advance the documentation on the EVM modules so I can get a thumb nail reference design going as soon as possible.
For some strange reason I fill out the info. on that form but get a "rejected" a day or two later and no reason or missing piece of info. is asked for.
Seems strange that TI would make it so hard to get documentation on something I can order from Mouser so easily. The documentation should
have came with the modules or at least a "key" to use to access them on TI's web site if they are "family secrets".
This is the form link, I am in Colorado, don't know why there is an export form needed any ways?
I've filled this out and submitted it several times, from two different browsers and it gets bounced back "rejected" or I get this email:
"Hello,
Unfortunately, we are not able to verify your information. Please contact your local TI Sales office for more information.
Best Regards,
Audio Software Team , Texas Instruments"
With no explanation on what they are trying to verify or what has not verified for them, it's just an email address and my TI login
as well as the part numbers, quantiles and dates????
Can somebody in "Audio Amplifiers Department" please find out why or help me or point me to the department of person
in charge of this so I can move on? I don't want to have to "move on" to another vendor due to such a silly problem.
I easily submitted and received the CC2650 Cortex-M3 CPU info. and doc. packages that I needed already, what gives?
I have the data sheets/PDFs on the actual amplifier ICs already, just need sufferance design and EVM documentation!
Thanks,
Marc Y.
