TAS5782MEVM: Access to the app within Purepath Console 3

Hello, 

I have recently bought the eval board TAS5782MEVM so that we may test the amplifier module - TAS5782M 

We have also bought the Purepath Console Motherboard and received access to the Purepath App. Unfortunately I can't seem to find the Request button on this product's page or inside the Purepath app. 

How can we request access to the TAS5782MEVM app so that we may begin testing?
