TAS6422Q1EVM: Does not connect to PPC3 app, it always shows OFFLINE

TAS6424q1EVM board does not connect to PPC3. I did install the app, and the TAS6424Q1 module as well within, but it always shows Offline! Also on my EVM board the amber WARN LED is on. I use 12V as supply Voltage, and J12 is ON. Is it a problem maybe, that I am on a Win10 OS? BTW if I want to use larger PSU rail, like 24V, then I should remove the J12 jumper? And then where should I connect the 12V? I did not found a detailed description for that in the EVM manual. Thanks, Tamas
