We purchased an evaluation board (TAS5622-TAS5624DDVEVM) for class D amplifier. I followed the instructions given by user guide but it did not communicate with TAS5538 GUI. It was supposed to read value 6C from register 0x00, but it read 00. After going through some threads on E2E, I downloaded PurePath Console 1 but still cannot get the evaluation board to talk to GUI. I think main problem is TAS5558 IC is always in reset mode. The "amp_reset" LED always stay lit even if the S1 switch is on reset or normal operation. Please help. I am attaching few images of connections and GUI

Load: 0 to 100 ohm
The GUI in attachment should have a USB drop down next to "Connect" button as per guide but it doesn't. When Connect button is pressed, nothing happens. The EVM board is getting detected in device manager as HID. Just to make sure if I am getting same problem with a different target I tried TAS5612LA/22, but wasn't able to connect.
Please let me know how to get TAS5558 out of reset mode or how to make the GUI communicate with the board. Thank you!
