DRV134: What happens if two line drivers outputs are connected together

Directly connecting multiple DRV134s together would not be recommended, as offset voltage differences between the individual devices would cause excessive current consumption, and likely prevent the circuit from functioning at all.

While not possible for the DRV134, paralleling multiple op amps using a master/slave configuration is sometimes done to increase the amount of current the circuit can deliver. Paralleling devices gives a reduction in noise proportional to 1/sqrt(# parallel devices), so that configuration is sometimes used to improve noise performance as well. Keep in mind though that there are significant stability and performance concerns (which Bruce Trump discusses in the linked article above) which can plague these configurations. 

Paralleling devices shouldn't affect the voltage gain, however.
