SRC4184: Output Port Timing in BYPASS mode

Part Number: SRC4184

Hi,

Our customer has questions about SRC4184.
I'm posting the question for the customer:

1)

In BYPASS mode, the BCKI/LRCKI signals are NOT directly routed to the BCKO/LRCKO.
They are handled internally like NORMAL operation.

Is this correct?

2)

Can the "Figure 6. Output Port Timing" be applied to the BYPASS mode?

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,
Takishin

  • Hi Takishin,

The output port timing should apply for device configured in BYPASS mode.

Regarding the BCKx/LRCKx signals, they should be directly routed in BYPASS mode. Am not sure if I'm not able to comprehend the first question fully. Can you please clarify the same? Thanks.

    Best regards,
    Ravi

  • Hi Ravi,

    Thank you for your answer.

In BYPASS mode, the output ports are based on the Setting the Serial Port Modes(MODEx[2-0] pins), aren't they?

    Best regards,
    Takishin
