My clients use TAS5631 in their project. They test TAS5631 under the condition of 4Ω load,the supply voltage is 35V,work frequency is 100Hz,the output power is about 120W. After the test starts 15 seconds, the thermal protection begins, but the TAS5631 still been burn out. The circuit schematic diagram and PCB are shown in the attachment. Please help to analyze why thermal protection does not work effectively, as the chip is damaged. And is there any suggestion to avoid such damage? Thank you.
