Part Number: TAS5631

hi,

TAS5631DKDR This material we have experienced several burning phenomena in use, after which 5pcs samples were sent to CECC for failure analysis.

Our doubts are:

1. The analysis report pointed out that there are stratifications within the device. Is this stratification normal or is it caused by our use? Will it affect the device performance?

2. Overcurrent burned in the material, but the material itself has overcurrent protection function. What causes internal burnout?

Thank you.
