TAS5720L: TAS5720L: SAIF clock error

Part Number: TAS5720L

Hello,

I just try to use the TAS5720L for a new product in our company. All the time I get the error "SAIF clock errors are present". The device isn't defective because the error occurs on different boards.

We investigated the issue however we can't find the reason.

Working conditions:

- SAIF: I²S

- 64-Bit Frame, 16-Bit Data,

- RCLK = 44,1 kHz

- BCLK = 2,8224 MHz

- MCLK= BCLK

- default register values (with other settings the same error exists)

I've checked the waveforms and they accord with the figure 44 in the datasheet and it looks good. The wiring of the TAS5720L is shown below.

In other threads I've read that there are problems with the MCLK = BCLK by similar amplifiers. Does the same problem also exist here or do I've another problem?

Regards

Matthias
