TAS6422Q1EVM: USB on TAS6422Q1EVM coming up as Unknown Device

Hello all

I've been using the TAS6422Q1EVM for two weeks or so, but today after a few powercycles my laptop isn't recognising the USB on the TAS6422Q1EVM anymore. It comes up as a USB Unknown Device, and PurePath Console 3 doesn't recognise it.

I've tried different USB cables as well as different windows/apple computers with no luck.

Does anyone have any ideas? I've had a look at the board under a microscope and can't see any dry joints or anything similar.
