TAS6422Q1EVM: No available EVM Apps are shown in PPC3 after signing in

Part Number: TAS6422Q1EVM

I have installed and launched the PPC3 for the first time but do not see any available EVM apps. Is there some other program that needs to be installed for the specific EVM? I tried the refresh button but nothing shows up. The TAS6422Q1EVM has the USB plugged in but it does not show up in the device manager.

Ed,

For EVM apps, you also need to request. After approved it will show up in the available EVM apps list. Please give me your account email, i will ask team to approve it.

When I go to the secure software web page I do not see apps specifically for the TAS6422Q1.

After I launch the PPC3 application and log in, I see a message to connect to the internet. Does this imply there may be some issue with a fire wall preventing the PPC3 application from finding the available EVM apps? (see attached)

Edward, then I would say there could be internet connection issue, seems like can’t connect to our server.
