Customer Modify the schematic for one channel,please help to check schematic and advise.

How about left channel connection, below drawing is ok ?

Hi Distin,
I guess you are using single-ended input mode, right? The resistor divider is not recommended on the input, because the imbalance on the differential input could cause pop noise. You could use lower gain setting on the AMP or shrink the input signal amplitude.

Hi Dustin,
If you are using ferrite beads on the AMP output, please set the caps C1113/C1114/C1117 to DNP and only reserve 1nF caps. Can't find other obvious issue in the SCH.
Please refer to the section 'VOLUME CONTROL OPERATION' on page 22 and table 1 in the datasheet for the gain setting.
BTW, TPA3002D2 is a very old device. Why don't you consider TPA3111D1 for mono application - it has much better performance and easy to use.

thanks for your response. I will suggest our customer use new solution TPA3111D1. currently they still use TPA3002D2.

Hi Dustin,
There is no problem in the SD pin control. Please connect C1129 to GND if the left channel is not used. Don't forget to set C1131,C1114 and C1117 to DNP.
