Hi Kuramochi,
There shouldn't be any restriction on power supply sequencing for DRV134. For a robust design, we recommend adding TVS diodes to both power supplies as described in training.ti.com/ti-precision-labs-op-amps-electrical-overstress-eos-1.

Hi Kuramochi,

if you take care that the input voltage never exceeds the supply voltage, everything should be fine.
