TAS5558: 44.1kHz data rate and MCLK questions

Hi Team,

I have 2 questions that need your help to clarify.

From below info in DS, does 44.1KHz supported besides 48- 96- 192-?

2. Is external crystal must have? Can the MCLK supply from system clock?

TAS5558 supoorts 44.1kHz sampling rate input, please refer to the section 7.3.4 in the datasheet. Robert will help to answer the other question.

Hi Holly-san,

TAS5548 needs the external crystal but TAS5558 needs only 3.3V master clock input.

Sadanori-san is correct. With the TAS5558 you don't need an external crystal.
