Based on the feedback from my systems team, the max junction temperature for DIX4192-Q1 is 125degC. Thanks.

Just double check, 125degree Tj is for both DIX4192IPFBRQ1 and DIX4192TPFBRQ1, right?

Yes. However, as discussed offline, we need to meet both the ambient operating Ta and junction temperature Tj requirements. Please let me know if you have any additional questions wrt DIX4192 device.
