Hi
Can we tie SDIN signal together and then send two units TAS5756M ? We can't get audio signal from GPIO SDOUT.

Hi Aggil,
You can see the difference from application note:http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/slau577a/slau577a.pdf.
In short, Sdout to SDIN means music data can be processed by the first TAS5756 and then comes out from Sdout to SDIN.
For I2S to SDIN, music will not processed by the first device.
On my side, I2S to SDIN has more flexibility while SDOUT to SDIN can directly use our process flow without needing two independent Configurations.

Hi Alix
thanks.
If we have 2 units TAS5756M that's the same EQ, DRC or other configuration, such as HF3, so we can use the SDOUT function that Post-DSP and one TAS5756M don't need configure anything ? Is that right ?
Another, Can you share the guidance and schematic of Purepath Console MotherBoard (Version: AIP006G/F) ? We have the board.
Hi Aggil,
You can use post-DSP sdout as the input of a second TAS5756M. For DSP processing part, the second TAS5756M may not need to any processing if it is not needed. But still, some configurations concerning devices setup are also needed, such gain, switching frequency, modulation etc.
Schematic of PPCMB is enclosed for your reference:

Hi Alix
We meet another issue. When we finished to design EQ tuning and export the register file(.h or .CFG),But the tuning effect is not existing (no high band crossovers, no low band crossovers, only a full band) after we write these data to our BT module (SOC ATS2825). We debuged this issue many days. Can you check our schematic as below encolsed? and confirm whether soc ATS2825 can support TAS5756M ? We doubt the SOC can't support the amplifer. ATS2825 datasheet attach below for your referance.
Hi Aggil,
Can you open another post for a discussion of the issue? Further, please closed this post as the topic has been ready.
Thanks!
