TLV320ADC3100: Power up sequence

The TLV320ADC3100 and ADC3101 have very tolerant power up/down sequences. The reset must be held low until the supplies are stable.  

The recommended procedure would be all supplies at once, OR

1- IOVDD

2- DVDD

3-AVDD

The only issues with not following the above sequence is there will be current leakage.  but as long as reset is held low until all supplies are stable,  the device will not have any functional problems.
