PCM5242RHBEVM: PCM5242: Clock Slave Mode with BCK PLL to Generate Internal Clocks (3-Wire PCM), how to set register?

Please tell me how to set register if BCK PLL to Generate Internal Clocks .

I tried set 

1   disable Auto-detect Clocks

2   disable Monitor for Missing MCLK 

3   set page 0 , register 0x0d   "001"

4   set P,J,D,R value

5   set clock divider

log is

But it didn't work,

please help me.
