Hi Team,

I'm test TLV320AIC3110 EVM.

My circuit is as below, the input signal is 0.2Vpp 2kHz sine wave, and my config files as shows in the pic, there is no gain in the loop. So I think it's should be 0.2Vpp output. However, what I get is 2Vpp at the outout, 20dB gain up. However there is no gain in my loop set. And I changed the ADC PGA gain, the output remains the same. Could you help check about this? How could I make this correct?

Hello Will,

Are you sure this isn't a probe issue? could one channel have the probe set to 10x? I can't really imagine what might be causing the issue unless you have the AGC on and the max gain set to 20dB.

Hi Wilson,

I have checked the probe set, they are right, with the same scale.

What confused me is when I change PGA gain, the output is unchanged. I have try TLV320AIC3110EVM and TLV320AIC3120EVM, both shows the same result(to 20dB gain). Could you help the EVM performance in your side to verify if the EVM is good?

can you click on the Dvol boxes and check the digital volume?

The GUI does have a default initialization script it runs, but there is no gain applied anywhere. are you configuring anything before you test this?
