DIT4096 POWER SUPPLY TROUBLE

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DIT4096

Hi,

I made a design using the DIT4096 and I have trouble with the power supply

I have one LDO whom provides 5V on VBUS

and another LDO whom uses the 5V to prodive 3,3V on VDDAM

To do my test I started by not soldered R49 so I power only the pin19 VDD (the Digital Core Power-Supply) at +5V

And I have the surprise to have 4,3V on the pin 7 call in the datasheet Vio (Digital I/O Power Supply, +2.7V to VDD)

And of course if I solder R49 to connect Vio to VDDAM my 3,3V is affected and I have 4,3V on VDDAM.

I don't understand does I have a broken DIT4096?

Do you see something wrong with my schematic?

Thanks in advance for your help

  • I found the issue I use +5V to put to High Level the digital IO it must be +3,3V

So you need to provide 5V only to the pin 19 to avoid any trouble.

WARNING there is a mistake in the schematic notes to set the DIT4096 to 256fs you must have R47 and R48 soldered and DNI R50 and R42

    Have a nice christmas
