TAS5766MDCAEVM: PP3 CAN NOT USING TAS5766MDCAEVM APP

1.CAN NOT ABLE TO OPEN THE PP3  TAS5766MDCAEVM APP ，always show the “  updating components” how to solve this error

Suggestions below are for your reference:

1. As to play/record failure in the check: make sure Volume of your computer is 100 and 2-USB-AudioEVM is the default in Sound-->Playback/Recording in your PC;
2. As to the second issue:
   1. Check your I2C communication is stable or not. This issue is usually caused by it;
   2. Delete and reinstall the TAS5766MDCAEVM APP again.

1. I try  more than 10 times to reinstall the TAS5766MDCAEVM APP and using more than 5 sets computer to try it，bur still can't using the TAS5766MDCAEVM APP again.

2. I2C communication  is normal，i can read the i2c data and it is correct

Per my check with software team, it is usually caused by I2C communication at most.

Further, can you tell me what is the wires below used for? Is it I2C?

Can you disconnect it and try again?
