hi,
I have designed a PCB for audio amplifier with TAS5755 and DIR9001 as an SPDIF input.
It is playing audio from a PC with TAS's default settings, now. It is time to set the equalizers.
I have the GDE software, but I need to know more about setting the biquad filters, because we have to make some Linux-based software to control the amplifier from main/host computer.
In GDE there are settings for type of filter, cutting frequency and so on. I need to know how this is implemented in software, how the values in the registers are calculated based on filter type and frequency.
May you provide some literature about this? If you have software example it would be also great.
