Hi,

If I don't use MC, MD, /MS pins, can I leave these pins floating?

    Tadahiko-san,

    You should be able to leave these pins floating. If you look at the terminal functions on page 5 of the datasheet you can see that these pins have a internal pulldown resistance.

    This internal pulldown is approximately 100kΩ.
