PCM5242: Request to access PurePath ™ Studio

Hello. On October 27th, I made a request to access PurePath Studio (CS0314237). Got two answers. First:

"... Your request has been acknowledged and in order for you to be able to access restricted information, we must request for the approval first. This request has been forwarded to another TI department and they will contact you once your request has been approved. Please allow 24-48 hours for this request's approval. There's no guarantee that you will be approved. For this is still submitted for approval. This case will be considered resolved, since we escalate it to another department..."

Second:

"...Your request of software export control has been acknowledged and completed. I will close this case. Please feel free to contact TI Customer Support Center if you need any help..."

I did not receive any e-mail with instructions. On November 4, CS0321025 was created, it is still open, but there is no response from the department making the decision for access.

Can anyone help with this problem?
